How do I pay?
You may pay by check or credit card.
Check: Make check payable to Rice Military Civic Club or RMCC, and add NNO Payment to the memo section.

When & Where?
Date: Saturday, September 30, 2023
Time: 12:00 - 3:00 pm
Location: DePelchin Children's Center Grounds, 4950 Memorial Drive (corner of Bethje and Augusta streets).

What will be provided?
We will provide a standard 6-foot table and a 10' x 10' tent. There will be no electricity provided. If your set-up requires electricity you will be responsible for providing portable generator power.

When can I start setting up?
You can arrive as early as 10:00 am. Volunteers from St. Thomas High School will be available to answer any questions and help you get items from your vehicle to your table.

What do you need from me for advertising?
We need the exact name of your business and the website address.
The logo of your company as a hi-res jpg or png file.

What would you recommend I bring to my table?
You are responsible for bringing banners and any decorations. We recommend you provide some activity or demonstration of your product. Activities may include a drawing or give away that people sign up for as a way to solicit emails and contact information.

Where can I park during the event?
You will be able to park during the event in DePelchin Children's Center parking lot which is next to the location of the event. There are three entrances to the parking lot; one on Bethje, one on Augusta, and one at Sandman/Scotland streets.
